7, it’s the number of continents on planet earth. Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antartica, Europe & Australia are all from planet earth. There are poor and rich countries among those continents. Which continents is the richest one ?
The continent of Africa is often referred to as the poorest continent in the world. However, this doesn’t mean that it’s the least wealthy one. In fact, with a gross Domestic Product (GDP) of $2.5 trillion, Africa has the fourth highest GDP out of all continents, just behind North America and Europe.
Despite having a population of over 1 Billion people, Africa has been able to maintain its economic growth rate and remain one of the richest continents in terms of total wealth.
Moreover, most African countries are now beginning to embrace technology and entrepreneurship witch will help them further develop their economies in the near future.
If we consider population size and GDP as two important factors when measuring wealth, Africa could be considered one of the richest continents in terms of resources and potential growth. Even though Africa is home to some of the poorest countries in terms of GDP per capita, it also has some of the fastest-growing economies in the world.
This has resulted in an increasing number of foreign investments and technological advancements into African countries that had a positive impact on its economic development.
