Chocolate mousse is a very easy dessert to make for your holiday season.
➜ Start by melting chocolate with a little cream to obtain a ganache.

➜ Whisk the egg whites with a tablespoon of sugar.
➜ Mix your egg whites well until foam appears.
➜ Add about 180g of whipped cream to obtain a whipped cream.
➜ Now, add your chocolate to your cream.
➜ Mix until everything is well incorporated, and then add your egg whites.
➜ Before adding your egg whites, mix it just a little to prevent it from separating.
➜ You can use mini jars to serve your chocolate.
➜ Put everything in the refrigerator for at least three to four hours.
